Job Description

​

• Will create and manage product listings with external platforms including Momo, Yahoo, PC Home and Shopee.  

• Review the product portfolio and assist in the improvement of forecast accuracy.

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market.

• Collaborate with our marketing and logistics teams to resolve customer service issues and questions.

• Use data and creativity to identify and advocate for innovative process improvements.

• Drive customer satisfaction and trust by improving the quality of our product catalog

• EDM planning and banner layout design.

 

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the E-commerce industry. 

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and able to make solid, data-driven decisions.

• Ability to identify new trends in digital marketing.
