Position: E-commerce Merchandising Manager

If you are looking for an incredible experience on a start-up e-commerce team with a chance to bring amazing fashion products to consumers in Vietnam, this is the perfect role for you.  We are looking for an experienced product merchandiser who can help us to stock our various platforms and use data to buy and supply the products our consumers want on the platforms they want to buy. You will work with our internal team, our brand principals and with various marketplaces to manage our inventory and make pricing and promotional decisions that will drive sales for our company. You will have a chance to work with major international and regional brands as well as local partners to help select and manage our product offer to customers and to help create promotional initiatives that drive new and repeat sales.

Job Description


  • Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives

  • Analyze sales figures, customer reaction and market trends to anticipate inventory needs and promotional opportunities to different audiences across our own e-commerce site, social commerce and marketplaces.

  • Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

  • Assist in the selection of new merchandise and brands for our platform. You will also be required to create financially sound purchase and inventory management plans for our assortment.

  • Work with our content team to ensure we are maximising the on-site attractiveness of our products.

  • Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and timelines.

  • Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and product expertise, as needed.

  • Communicate and have awareness of applicable promotions, offers, loyalty programs, and other initiatives to customers.

  • Other tasks as required by the team from time to time. 



  • A minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience in consumer goods. Past experience in the fashion or electronics industries is a plus as is experience as a pricing analyst.

  • You should have an intuitive understanding of how fashion and millennial customers think and buy online, either directly from your work experience or your own passion for shopping for fashion products. 

  • Outstanding quantitative, analytic and critical thinking skills are a must.

  • Great negotiation and problem solving skills are also key.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • Working ability in English is a plus as you may be asked to work with brands directly in certain  cases.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are important, particularly in spreadsheet design and analysis.
