At Dragonfly, we are creating a new multi-platform experience in the fashion watches, accessories, tech accessories and cosmetics space with a focus on amazing international and regional fashion brands. You will play a key role building and executing our roadmap, translating our amazing products, brands and offers into a holistic and frictionless experience that turns views into sales. You will also work with our marketing and social media team to create a unified look and feel for our brand across multiple platforms and social channels. You will work on challenges a business owner might face while getting started, setting up, launching, and managing all aspects of selling online.

Job Description


  • ​Drive design execution for our e-commerce team including products and features for all aspects of our e-commerce services including delivering a frictionless, simple online user experience.

  • Work with developers on essential UI/UX changes that contribute to higher conversion and loyalty rates. 

  • Work with Marketing Department to design digital banners, EDM’s, catalogs, our profile, 2D and 3D layout images to be delivered across our company's various platforms and social media channels.

  • Ensure that all products and brand representations are consistent with global brand standards.

  • Assist on analysing user and traffic data to help problem-shoot for any UI/UX aspects that may be reducing conversion rates.

  • Responsibility for utilising various methods and the latest technology to create and optimise graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.

  • Other tasks as required by the team from time to time.


  • Proficient in design software such as AI, photoshop and Indesign.

  • At least 2 years of digital design or UI/UX design experience. Past experience in an e-commerce player or fashion/electronics brand is a benefit.

  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

  • Know how to use technology in design and update design trends and new technologies that improve site experience.

  • Detail-oriented, capable of creative thinking, strong analytic skills, an ability to convey ideas and communicating well. You should be a person who intuitively understands your audience and can help take difficult concepts and make them visually easy to understand.

  • You should display a super-positive attitude and ability to learn quickly, and be very adaptable to change when something needs to be enhanced.

  • Deadline-focused and ability to multi-task and able to adapt to the kinds of high-pressure periods which are common in the e-commerce industry. 

  • Able to work both independently and with a team.
