Position: Marketing Manager
At Dragonfly, we are looking for a leader to help us generate business for our e-commerce platform and
wholesale partners and to find new opportunities for us to get the word out about our brands to the consumer via
events, collaborations, social media and advertising. The right candidate will also work with our sub-distributors
to support our major accounts through a combination of online marketing and offline events.
Location: HCMC, District 3
Reports To: Country Manager (As the C.M. role is currently unfilled, the successful candidate will report to the
company’s directors in the interim)
Responsibility for developing and executing marketing plans that incorporate a combination of performance and
content marketing, public relations, social media and related content and the occasional on-site event. This
includes managing our A&P budget, delivering a reasonable ROI on all projects and developing reporting for
both internal parties and our brands.
Oversee all social media initiatives including managing the content on the official Fossil and Skagen social
presence in Vietnam. This includes working with teammates to create compelling and engaging content across
Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tiktok.
Work alongside our E-Commerce team to drive demand and maximize qualified traffic to our website and social
commerce channels while working with key marketplaces to ensure we have a relevant and efficient marketing
campaigns on those channels.
Work in partnership with our sub-distributors, key wholesale accounts, KOLs and like-minded companies to
create new sales and exposure opportunities for our company and our brands and to drive demand in wholesale
and prospectively retail channels.
Work with our brands to ensure all initiatives are in line with international guidelines.
To develop new CSR initiatives that allow us to contribute back to society in line with our company’s core values.
Other tasks may be added to the job description as required based on current company needs.
A minimum of 4 years of experience (including at least 2 years as at Assistant Manager or Manager-level)
working in a consumer goods or consumer services company. Past experience in a company focused on e-
commerce or with a strong orientation to digital marketing would be advantageous.
A solid track record in running or leading major digital marketing campaigns including SEM, social
advertising, KOL-focused initiatives and SEO initiatives. Past experience with international brands would be

Solid critical thinking, data analysis and leadership skills. The right person would be adept at making the
most out of a reasonable budget.
Strong working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
