Position:  Sales & Marketing Manager - Spirits Division 

Mezcal is one of the fastest-growing and trendiest spirits worldwide and we're excited to be launching a range of brands that come with a rich distilling history and unique production method. We've already soft-launched in Hong Kong and are now looking to develop this market extensively, as well as open new markets across the region. These initial brands are our starting point and we plan to strategically grow our spirits portfoli in the months and years ahead and we’re now looking for a passionate, authentic experienced sales professional to join us on this journey and lead our Spirits Division.

Title: Sales & Marketing Manager - Spirits Division 

Location: Quarry Bay, Hong Kong - Banyan Workspace 

Reports to: Founder and CEO 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Helping to develop the price and positioning proposition for all our sales activities 

  • Managing all wholesale, direct-to-consumer and corporate businesses within Hong Kong including maintenance of existing accounts and developing new ones. 

  • Establishing training protocols to educate and motivate front line staff at bars, restaurants and retail 

  • Building and implementing effective marketing strategies and collaborations to maximize awareness and buzz around our brands and categories 

  • Working closely with our partner suppliers on strategy, execution and periodic reporting 

  • Assisting in the go-to-market strategy for other Asian markets 

  • Collaborating with our existing team, including finance and operations, to ensure smooth business operations 

  • Other tasks as needed to help drive the success of our business 



  • Experience in the spirits industry with a record of sales success and a strong contact network and market understanding in the local F&B and hospitality industry 

  • Excellent sales and relationship-building skills 

  • Strong critical thinking and orientation toward data-based decision making 

  • Past experience in developing and implementing collaborative events or other marketing initiatives 

  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative and can-do attitude
