With our diverse experience in omnichannel distribution and brand operations across a range of functional disciplines including channel & supply chain management, HR, change & performance management, finance, digital marketing, and e-commerce, our leadership team brings long-term, sustainable growth perspective to every project.
Regional Office / Hong Kong
Founder & Co-Owner
Rasheed spent over 20 years at Fossil Group working in regional roles building and managing APAC's distribution and subsidiary network, brand management, real estate, and marketing and continues to serve on the board of the Fossil Foundation
With a burning desire for an entrepreneurial challenge, Rasheed co-founded Dragonfly Asia-Pacific in 2018, leveraging his experience and network of contacts across APAC to partner with brands looking to grow their APAC business.
Matthew brings 20 years of experience managing tourism, retail, and not-for-profit teams across Southeast Asia. He has worked with a host of brand partners from Apple, Samsung, LVMH, Richemont, Fossil Group, and Rip Curl.
Matthew leads our people development and specializes in change management, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives for NGOs and consumer-facing industries. He was a founding member of the Technopreneurs Association of Malaysia and is the author of “The Ultimate Journey”
Chief Finance Officer
Nancy has over 20 years of experience in finance leadership roles with global multinationals. With a desire to learn something new and build something from the ground up, she took the plunge with Dragonfly in early 2018.
Nancy oversees all areas of our finance and accounting for our group and its subsidiaries and is a key component of all internal strategy and decision making.
Regional Operations Manager APAC
With nearly 20 years of experience in retail operations, sales and business development across branded fashion and accessories, Hilvin brings a wealth of local and regional experience to our team.
Hilivin works directly with the regional offices of our partner brands and provides crucial support to sales, logistics and planning for all of our businesses across the region.
Business Development Manager APAC
Natasha was the first team member to join our Dragonfly Team and was instrumental in getting our Taiwan, Vietnam and Hong Kong businesses off the ground.
Now managing Hong Kong sales and business development activities for the group, Natasha is always looking for new opportunities and to drive our top line performance.
Director and Principal Advisor
Paul is a seasoned entrepreneur with 40 years of experience working with and for some of the world’s leading fashion and accessory brands in Taiwan.
Persuaded out of semi-retirement, Paul’s knowledge of the Taiwan market, strong local relationships, and track record in building distribution businesses are unique and invaluable to our operations.
Yuchi has over 15 years experience in brand management, marketing, sales, operations, and building omnichannel distribution in Taiwan, including successfully starting up her own e-commerce business.
Yuchi was ready for a new challenge and jumped at the opportunity to lead our Taiwan team. She is almost solely responsible for the set-up of our Taipei office, building our local team, and has been played a pivotal role in our development and growth since we started.
Head of Sales
With 30 years leading sales teams in wholesale businesses in Taiwan, Henry possesses a wealth of experience and an incredible network of trusted partners.
Henry leads our sales team in managing all traditional wholesale relationships including those with our franchise partners operating mono and multi-brand retail concepts on our behalf.
Head of E-commerce
Eunice has a decade of e-commerce experience with some of the leading marketplace platforms working on consumer electronics and fashion accessories.
As Head of E-Commerce, Eunice manages our owned websites and our marketplace business. She has built our in-house e-commerce team and a business that continues to outpace all other sales channels.
Head of Marketing
Daisy has 15 years experince in digital marketing and communications. She has a strong track record of delivering ROI-focused initiatives, growing both engagement and sales through optimised spends.
Daisy leads our marketing team across all our brands and product categories and supports our sales teams as well as our business partners in growing top-line revenues
Grace has managed local logistics for international brands for 20 years. She brings a customer-focused approach and a wealth of logistics knowledge.
As Head of Logistics and After-Sales Service for our Taiwan office, Grace manages operations across several warehouses and oversees our aftersales facilities and technicians.
HR & Admin Manager
Sharon has 15 years experience in marketing, administration, planning and merchandising for both local and multinational companies.
Sharon's hands-on experience in different functional areas gives her a unique perspective as she manages all aspects of our local Human Resources
Amy has over 10 years experience in managing international brands with extensive retail knowledge and industry best practice.
Amy joined Dragonfly on a mission to bring best-in class consumer brands to underserved Vietnam consumers. She is responsible for all aspects of Dragonfly’s Vietnam business including sales, operations, marketing and business strategy and development.
Thuy is an innovative finance professional with 15 years experience focused on finance control, accounting operarations and tax planning. She is passionate about business and partnering with functional teams to drive profitable growth.
Thuy oversees the entire financial infrastructure for Dragonfly Vietnam including accounting, compliance, financial planning, analysis and management reporting.
Chau is a Business Development professional with over 8 working years experience in FMCG, Retail, B2B industries in both multinational and local environments. Keeping positive and ethical customer relations, while simultaneously building trust with our key accounts is how she brings impact in her work.
Delivering efficiently while making good judgements and decisions on the ground, she is responsible for the business development at Dragonfly Vietnam, and works to build the wholesale channel across nationwide.
Sunny was our first team member in Vietnam. She comes from a diverse backgound and brings a can-do attitude that has allowed her to operate in multiple functional areas.
As Operations Manager, Sunny oversees all logistics, after-sales services, customer training and provides support for our wholesale and online partners.
