Position: Operation Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Reports To: Retail Manager

 

Job Description

1. Ensure stores achieve sales target:

  • Supervise daily sales targets and make the daily sales statistics in order to reach the target.

  • Analyze sales data and forecast to get the highest target.

  • Work with Merchandising, Marketing and other departments about promotion programs/set up the price scale.

  • Update and maintain the realization in the retail market, learn the customer’s shopping dynamic, orient the thinking of store staff and state of competitors.

2. Store Operations Management:

  • Control inventory (accurate, full and logical), propose the best reasonable decision to control inventory.

  • Coordinate other departments for store operations

  • Monitor and ensure store standard

  • Improve operation procedures for the highest productivity and efficiency

  • Leadership People Management:

  • Recruit and train key personnel for the sales team

  • Orient sales staff to meet the daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Set up and execute the performance evaluation standards of store/employee.

  • Control and encourage all employees’ working spirit at stores.

  • Check and confirm timetable, incentives, and revenue  for employee

 

Requirements

  • Be active and well arrangement in working schedule and planning in a professional way

  • Minimum 3 years of Retails Management Experience, (Watches, Jewelry industry is preferred).

  • Retail operations, Marketing, budgeting, planning, customer service and people leadership skills

  • Proficiency in English skills

  • Proficient in Computer Programs.
